SFC (Join to see) , I actually remember being a little sad when it happened and just knew that there would be some sort of cover up or the media and everyone else wouldn't get the full story. It's been 21 years since it happened I believe, and I don't think there has been a report signed off as to "this is exactly what happened, here's all the details, and here's how it all went down and why". We'll never know I'm afraid.
