Interesting. Self clearing mines have been a goal for a long time. Time will tell.

FASCAM systems, such as MOPMS, had "self-clearing" abilities decades ago.

SGT (Join to see) - True. There have been some since the 90s. The UN wants only self destruct mines used. There is usually always a dud in the bunch like all ordnance.
