the alternative have always been worse, We would have been at war with the USSR and China and a little pandering is worthwhile to save a few hundred million lives

I can't understand why people think that we can't defeat North Korea without using nuclear weapons. We should be able to reduce it to rubble with our non nuclear arsenal. My fear would be their submarines. Apparently the Israelis sold them the technology to launch from them
