NY Home Depot hires guards, dogs to keep parking lot safe from thieves, aggressive migrants

Wow, is it really that bad in NY? When I go to my local Home Depot I don't see those kinds of things. I see folks engaged in open carry of side arms, no guess as to the concealed carry numbers, and everyone being "neighborly".
