Fort Hood again ? There seem to be some major problems at that post and there seems to be no end in sight for that. Is there anyone actually in charge there ? I know its a large post but it seems many things are very much out of control It appears with murders, sexual assaults, theft and the list goes on and doesn't appear to be improving.
