If from what you have seen the blinds, have they really masked anyone, or made the observation posts even more obvious? And, restricted the observer's ability to shift positions within in his vantage point?

I don't believe anyone at the rally was at all intimidated by having 1 police officer on a roof, looking at them.

I am not an incredible idiot for expecting Police Officers to behave as members of the larger community they serve and quite honestly this is not it. Pretty confident I am on the right side of this issue. I pay the salaries of the Police via my taxes, if I feel they overstep their lines I am going to bitch about it or drag them into a civil court room........it's called being a responsible citizen.
