Pentagon officials avoid questions about Donald Trump's support for torture

If you liberated a POW camp, and got angry at what they did to our troops. There is your guide line on what is ill-treatment of prisoners. I do not care how the enemy conducts himself. The enemy is not my teacher. I will treat his POW's the way that I would expect to be treated. I will defend a POW in my sphere of influence, to the death, from maltreatment.

If TRUMP becomes POTUS, the Pentagon still will have no comment in public.

Some people just DON'T GET IT!! He made a valid point of telling her they do not want to be political pawns or TV talking points, and she STILL wanted to continue on. I applaud him for telling her no, and speaking before the GEN to make it so he is insulated from that stupid train of thought. As it sits now with the laws we have in America, and international law and treaties we've signed and acknowledge, that question was a non question. Another reason to vote for NO BODY.
