I am not surprised that the post-9/11 veteran unemployment rate is still climbing SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL although it is an incremental crime.
What is most interesting is looking at long term trends in unemployment. For instance I have been unemployed for a few years now and I know many veterans, particularly disabled veterans, who have been unemployed for a significant amount of time.
I am glad that in many areas veterans are employed very well which benefits both the veterans and his or her family and the employer plus the community which includes theml.

Please support Veterans by joining this group!
I am excited to announce “Linking Military Veterans W/ Real Estate Pros” group on Linkedin. We’re inviting businesses from all sectors, not just real estate from around the world to join and network with Military Veterans who have served our country with honor.
Upon building a large membership, business leader will recognize our marketing strength and that will open job opportunities for veterans. Military members are the best of the best when it comes to performance. But by not coming together, we have no bargaining power. An army divided is easily defeated. Take a lesson from operation Desert Shield.
This group was formed with the intent of empowering veterans to find jobs and market their businesses to the industry members of our group. It's a lot like voting, if Veterans don't stand up cast our vote, we will not count to the people that hold the power.
Together we can make a huge impact on solving the unemployment rate among the disenfranchised veterans. So sound off with me and we'll show the world that we're a force that can move mountains and concur any enemy by joining this group.
Together we stand; divided we shall fall.
