Education Required:
A Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience Required:
1-3 years of experience in continuous process improvement evaluation and improvement implementation.
1-3 years of experience in creating and delivering training programs.
A high degree of discretion and independent judgment.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Desirable Qualifications:
Formal continuing education in performance improvement techniques, such as DMAIC, TQM, or similar nationally recognized techniques.
Knowledge of University Policies and Procedures.
