"Obama’s CIA Asked Foreign Intel Agencies To Spy on Trump Campaign"
The only people that can give this story an legitimacy are the heads of the various Intel agencies listed. I suspect really low odds, somewhere on the scale of Never, of that happening. Based on other, verified incidents(Crossfire Hurricane), and historical accounts, I can believe it to be true.

Fire every single employee. Burn the organization down and start over with a set of super strict guidelines and a civilian oversight panel. And yes, a loyalty pledge with random polygraph tests administered at least once every five years.
