These Russian Agents entering other countries is nothing new that's for sure. Often our own Agents do know who they are and You can bet the watchers are being watched a lot of the time. I suspect their Diplomatic passports were the only reason they were deported instead of being jailed. This certainly does point out the activities of these Agents all over the globe and at least some of their tactics.

There should more limitations place on Russia based on these types of operations. No real punishment expelling these guys after the damage was done.
