Maybe if Kerry was aboard that ship; he could've thrown some medals at them to be sucked into their intakes, and causing those jets to crash.

RoE. They were unarmed, and in international airspace. They can only shoot if they're being lit up by targeting radars...and you can be sure those were off.

I know Putin wants to bring the Soviet Union back for the 21st Century; but this kind of provocation deserves more than a letter of protest and some finger wagging. Come on if those were our jets doing this they would've been blown out of the sky.
