Sailors at Norfolk will be locked out of their rooms if they fail inspection

To sleep where? On one hand they are having recruiting issues but on the other they have policies like this...has to be a better way

I'm not sure what I think about this Brother Dale. On one hand it seems a little petty and on the other hand it seems kinda controlling. I wonder if all the khaki's would pass these surprise inspections. Oh wait, they don't have to worry about that because they are exempt from those.
