Sometimes it is hard to decide but if you keep in mind that refusing to choose is also a decision. It is one that gives the power of choice over to someone else. Take responibility, make a choice and then make the best of it.

As a Pilot, I learned early on that making the “hard decisions” saved lives and equipment - namely, myself, my crew, and my aircraft. Sometimes it entailed aborting the landing, altering the destination, or “scrubbing the mission”. Weather was usually the biggest factor. Especially hard under Medevac situations... not being able to render life-saving aid.
