Happens early March. It'll still be several months before an opinion is released. Since there is Cocaine involved also, i think it will be a more comprehensive opinion, than had it just been Marijuana.

ITS PERSONAL - I have family members who were stuck on stupid back as late as the 1990's and are now trying to expunge their records of minor non-violent drug offenses. One in fact was hitching a ride and had no knowledge of drugs in the car...but you know the rest of that story...and has been paying the price ever since.
KEEP IN MIND - Thankfully we live in "post-Bruen" era where the historical context back to the Bill Of Rights ratification matters.
KEY QUOTE - “History shows that Founding-era laws addressed the danger of mixing alcohol and firearms by temporarily disarming the actively intoxicated, never by stripping gun rights from anyone who simply drank in moderation,” Moros noted.

It might help if state and local governments would allow police to be police again.

I agree. I wouldn’t even consider being a COP again even though the pay is better now, then when I was a COP.
