ITS PERSONAL - I have family members who were stuck on stupid back as late as the 1990's and are now trying to expunge their records of minor non-violent drug offenses. One in fact was hitching a ride and had no knowledge of drugs in the car...but you know the rest of that story...and has been paying the price ever since.

KEEP IN MIND - Thankfully we live in "post-Bruen" era where the historical context back to the Bill Of Rights ratification matters.

It might help if state and local governments would allow police to be police again.

I agree. I wouldn’t even consider being a COP again even though the pay is better now, then when I was a COP.
