Second Amendment Law Center to File Amicus Brief in Nonresident Carry Rights Case

The 2A is a part of the Bill of Rights, which in turn is part of the Constitution. As such it covers the States and Territories as the "Law of the Land". What Massachusetts has done is an infringement on the rights of a resident of New Hampshire. To me, it's that simple. Since the Heller decision SCOTUS has been trying to rectify the the infringements on the 2A that occurred during the second half of 20th century. It is because of the 2A that Americans can enjoy the freedoms we have. No Foreign power wants to land troops on US soil because we have more guns than they have soldiers. Another simple concept; Peace through Strength.
