I know this is satire but it's 100 percent true. No one in Congress cares about the debt as no elected official is ever held responsible for the fraud, waste, and abuse they heap upon the American Taxpayer.
They'll tell you they are held accountable at the ballot box. Which is true. But those voters are also the receives of the governments largesse.
