Snowden still has contacts with Russian intelligence: U.S. House report

How do they know these things but don't know where the Russians Hacking really come from... or when...

Having been involved with the Navy's Walker/Whitworth spy case, if I was POTUS I would give marching orders to the Director of the CIA to snatch Snowden and find out where the stolen documents. Once that is done I would put a 9mm round behind his ear. He is a scumbag POS. He misused the security clearance he was given and compromised that information. He needs to face the music.

Everyone is wondering where Wikileaks got their information. I think some of it was through Snowden.
