High blood pressure is relative TSgt Joe C.. I have been diagnosed and treated for high blood pressure since April 1995 when I was diagnosed for an unspecified heart disease which turned out to be Mitral Valve disease.
Many factors influence our blood pressure and their are many ways to reduce blood pressure from relaxation and regular exercise to blood pressure medicines.
I am taking two different classes of blood pressure medications.
I have a home blood pressure machine.
