Stranger Things is an intriguing series about paranormal events that start happening in the small fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, in the 1980s. It comes down to secret programs by the US government, super-engineering children taken from their mothers, and an alternate dimension of monsters that start to find their way into Hawkins. The characters are all relatable, from the preteen kids to the adults, and it’s hard not to root for them to get through the increasing dangers.
