The Gov't can appeal for an en Banc with the 9th or choose to go to SCOTUS with it. The time frame is still measured in years before a final determination, unless congress changes the Law. depending on the outcome in November, it could be next year. For far too long the "Liberals" have been trying to disarm the citizens of this country. Vote in November.
