Good morning Col Burroughs and posse. I will be on and off during breaks as I am in an all day on line class.
We all have good days and bad days. Most of them are usually a mix but we tend to categorize them as one or the other. But good or bad, they all pass and we get new days to enjoy and challenge us.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Roger that Charlie - you have a great day...

“Some days are good, and some days just don’t go your way, but when we have ‘Days like This!” when the sun is shining, and everything is going our way we need take advantage of them. If we’re having a ‘bad hair day’ as I call them then this reminds me of this saying…

‘Mama said there’d be days like this…” — Unknown Author

May your day be the very best; may your mind, body, and soul be opened to grace, goodness, peace, forgiveness, and a continued bountiful life of purpose; and keep your family safe, secure, happy, and healthy.” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

I expect that your resilience in the face of unexpected trials and testing has grown significantly since your personal salvation. I hope that you are calm in unexpected situations and help others to calm down and remain calm in stressful circumstances. I also expect that your patience has been expanded and hope that your compassion for others going through challenges has also blossomed. When we face unexpected challenges, it is wise to seek the LORD’s guidance. As mature believers, we understand that oftentimes the trials and testing seasons we face are for the benefit of others as well as ourselves. 'Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.’ [James 1:12 ESV] my sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown.

I pray for wisdom in preparation, spontaneity, joy in serving others and sufficient fruit of the Holy Spirit peace, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control for each one of YOUR adopted sons and daughters who reads or listens to this prayer. I pray for our heart/soul to be sensitive to YOU Holy Spirit. Enable us to be quick to respond to YOUR promptings as YOU guide us each day. I thank YOU that YOU guide us to bless widows, widowers, neighbors, prisoners, and others in need. 'Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause.' [Isaiah 1:17 ESV]
I lift parents, spouses, grandparents, aunts and uncles to YOU LORD. I pray that YOU bless us with discernment, spontaneity, eagerness to bless others, and abundant joy as we do our best to give pleasant surprises to loved ones and even strangers. I pray for eyes to see and observe and ears to hear and listen to better understand what pleases our loved ones as well as what displeases them. 'Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep' [Romans 12:15 ESV].
I lift those going through unexpected challenges to YOU LORD. I thank YOU for preparing each of us as YOU use testing to burn off the dross from our character and firm us up. I hope that each of us are thankful for all YOU do for us including the good and the bad. YOU shape our character through challenges and trials. Enable us to learn quickly the lessons we need to learn for ourselves. Empower us to share what we have learned to bless other individuals. ‘Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.’ [Romans 5:3-5 ESV]
I pray LORD that each one of YOUR adopted sons and daughters who reads this prayer understands and heeds the admonition of the LORD
c. James 4:13-15 ESV 'Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”— yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.’
d. John 14:27 ESV 'Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.'
I pray that you and your family members sleep well Thursday night and will awake refreshed and healthy on Friday morning.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.

Beautiful shot there Colonel I can see myself sleeping on the beach, with the waves crashing as music to keep me there, and then I saw so many of those from a P-5, and P-7 Assault Amphibian Vehicles that it continues to remind of reality.
