Good morning from Northern Virginia COL Mikel J. Burroughs . We are above freezing and headed to the 50s today. The sun is shining and I am hoping to get out into the garden.
Lead from the heart. Good words. You have to understand that most of what we do is based on emotions. We can talk and talk but until someone believes that we understand how they are feeling, we will never gain their trust and loyalty. The only way to do that is to "lead from the heart"
Where do you need to lead from the heart versus manage from your head?

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Great words of wisdom today and that MEME and quote above is right on! You and Tom have a great Tuesday afternoon Charlie. It;s currently 50 degrees here in Castle Rock, CO and headed for 62 for the high and then tomorrow the bottom drops out with blizzard like conditions, 15 to 18 inches of snow and Cat 2 Hurricane winds and drifting. Oh Boy!
