Good morning Col Burroughs. Zeal is a two sided sword. It can fuel needed change but it requires wisdom to wield it properly. We see that in the young especially when they want to make change just to make change without thinking through the repercussions of what will happen. A lot of that is going on right now with "knee jerk" changes and people who should know better are jumping aboard without much thought.
