Good Saturday morning Mikel and thank you for representing us all at Mark Kuzinski's service. He was well liked and well respected by all here on RP and particularly other members of the "posse" I intend to make a donation to VFV in his memory.
The only constant in life is change. Like water it continues to move along and if we don't go with it, the only option is to be left behind. The best leaders have learned not just to "go with the flow" of the change but to anticipate it and prepare for it. Sometimes we are fooled and it goes in another direction but being alert means that you can be one of the first to respond and thus increase your chance of success.
