We don't grow unless there is a reason to do so. As uncomfortable as it may be sometimes, growth is adapting to uncertain or unpleasant/stressful circumstances. That is where you find your inner strength and your resolve. What is your challenge today and how can you use that to grow?

If we are growing, we're always going to be out of our comfort zone. How spot in is that?
I have found this is very true throughout my career and my personal life. Nothing ventured and nothing gained. Amazing how stepping out of routine or challenging yourself to something new can expand your horizons. Great Tuesday thoughts COL Mikel J. Burroughs

Same here Marty. I'm stepping out this week on a new adventure and it feels scary on one hand, but exhilarating on the other.
