Absolutely Deborah! Here is one way to turn negativity and being to hard on yourself around:

You are too hard on yourself.
Do you beat yourself up over the mistakes that you have made? Are you are hard on yourself? This tendency is definitely bringing your energy down.

How to reverse it: In order to find more self-compassion, try to view yourself as though you were viewing a suffering child. Would you yell, berate, and emotionally beat up a child for their missteps? Of course not.

Have a great weekend Sgt Deborah Cornatzer

Have an enjoyable Saturday night, my friend and sister-in-Christ Sgt Deborah Cornatzer.
Heavenly Father, YOU desire sincere and honest fellowship with each of YOUR adopted children. Transparency of soul is important. YOU know all about each of us and it is freeing when we can talk about our deepest issues with YOU.
LORD as YOU sanctify each of us, we become more aware of our shortcomings which are being stripped away in sanctification. This process ensures we each will be more loving, compassionate, trustworthy and positive as the dross is purged from each of us.
I pray that we each seek YOU first in all things. Our relationship with YOU governs the relationships with those around us. When we are unhindered in our relationship with YOU, we are freer to love those around us.
Open each heart to be sensitive to YOU and each of those around us. Give each one eyes to see and ears to hear and listen to both YOU and those we love and those who love us.
Empower us to be childlike in wonder, trust, openness and joy throughout this season.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.

COL Mikel J. Burroughs good read/share: for the Colonel's Motivational Quotes of the Day. Where the mighty American Bald Eagles roam in the mighty MOUNTAINS OF CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO AMONG THIER EAGLES-NEST. I know the view must be MAGNIFICIENT as the season soon will past from FALL TO WINTER!

You must have been reading my mind, I HAD A co-worker whom SAID " I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO REPEAT CON-270 (COST PRICE ANALYSIS) STATISTICS". I HAD A HARD TO COMPHRENDING the class. What he did not know was I HAD PRAYED and with the many prayers from others. When I told him I had passed he was speechless. He had a notion, I would have to REPEAT THE CLASS and eluded throughout the class. My co-worker I see at work everyday was taking the class with me. I stayed positive, through I knew God has the answers for all.

I pushed all NEGATIVE THOUGHTS TO THE SIDE, AND PUSH THROUGH THE OBJECTIVE!-ROGER THAT!
