Seriously, we're going to pay them not to kill people or each other SFC (Join to see)! We need to ship these suckers to North Korea and let them run their gangs there. Wow. This has to be California - no disrespect intended to those brothers and sisters living in California. Just my opinion!

It's true and even many of us in California can't understand what they're thinking in Sacramento...actually I can. Our society has been taken over by people that rationalize their decisions based on emotion. They "fake" caring and do stuff to look like they care. They're leaches that suck the life out of our society, slowly bleeding off moral conviction, commitment, honor, integrity...the things that make our country great.

There is no logical long-term thinking about the probable consequences of their "sensitive" actions on anyone, not even the constituents they claim to be helping; everything is really about them and how they feel. While working in government I ran into a similar situation. When I provided a very well-reasoned and simple cause and effect list of negative consequences from a proposed decision, I was told that if what I said would happen, happened (and it did), it would be the result of "unintended consequences". UNINTENDED?! Not if by engaging your brain instead of just feeling sorry for a sad situation you could have anticipated them before you did the stupid deed.

They don't want the truth, they want what they want for emotional reasons. From the reports a "nice" guy was killed and people were angry. They don't really think, what should I do to fix the underlying problem, but what can I do to make it seem like I care. Forget the rational negative consequences; let someone else clean up that mess, right now I just want people to "like me". Leading and dealing with the real problem head on...for REAL, is too hard and it might make someone not "like me".

I think a little of Major Payne's version of "Sen-sa-tiv"-ity, needs to be applied here.

Yea, I was thinking they need to take that money, square all veterans away and stop disarming the damn state! And guess what! We would be more scarier then Texas!!! Buuuut noooooo!!! They had to "Relocate" all the welfare career people from hurricane Katrina to Southern California to take a lot of financial burden off those states! Then they try disarming the state! And now there paying gangs!!! Which we all know Brown has his hands in the drug and human trafficking Cartels!!! Uuugh!!! Sounds like Hitler reborn!!

Anyone with common since would know that they will jest use the money to buy more guns and drugs to make the problem worse not better. Let the people have the guns back so they can protect themselves. When these bastereds start dieing, The gangs will go away.

Rome use to pay off some tribes too. Then, those tribes invaded. I say, we shoot them after they refuse to surrender.
Also, it is not death by gun violence. It is death by gang violence. In this case guns, not drugs.
