The submarine of the future?

When you really think about it, this makes sense. we have not really had major submarine improvements since the beginning of nuclear propulsion and that was just replacing oil with nuc power. Basically, our subs are still WWI shapes and technology outside. Yes, we dive deeper and run faster, but take a good look at our hulls and materials, not that different. (Yes, the same goes for our surface ships - minus the technology inside.)
