“There's a New Moon Over My Shoulder" performed The Purple Hulls twin sisters Katy Lou and Penny Lea Clark and their older brother Ben Clark. They are very talented musicians who were Nashville session musicians that got together. When their dad was diagnosed with cancer the girls moved back to east Texas and helped their dad on the purple hull peas farm. That is why they call themselves The Purple Hulls
