Tremendous bravery shown by SSG Frankie Molnar,this engagement was part of the” 9 Days in May battles “chronicled by Warren K. Wilkins in the book by the same name, my personal experience in this series of clashes with the 32nd and 66th NVA regiments close to the Cambodian border,was in the last days of May,where my Company was called to support our two sister Companies B and C who had been heavily engaged two days previously,coincidentally it marked my leaving the boonies for training duties at Ft.Polk ,luckily getting a 45 day drop on my tour,I feel honored to have served with such fine men as SSG Molnar, Welcome Home Brothers.
