Water is life's matter and matrix, mother and medium. There is no life without water. Remembering the Nam, Water was our lifeline to surviving the war! You can have all the ammo in the world but that alone cannot save your life. Without water, you cannot live or receive the blessings of baptism! Amen!

When I get anxieties, I lift weights until I can't do them anymore, take a shower and read my bible. There are many ways of finding peace without doing it with anger, they just don't mix!

Good ideas. I created a YouTube channel and a website to verbally express my disgust with American society and to dispell my homicidal thoughts. See how I VENT verbally not VIOLENTLY with total honesty and airing unusual family dynamics that I had no control over.
Comedy is simply a funny way of being serious. I created a YouTube channel FLYING FLAMINGO REFUGE to heal verbally what hurts me psychologically. I learned that my story telling skills were entertaining to others…besides therapeutic to me for getting that emotional baggage out of my head.
There are about 15 videos of my PTSD talk-therapy monologues with unabashed-in-your-face-brutally-honest experiences in my troubled life. You will feel better and laugh a lot with my ad lib witty stories watching how I express my pissed-offed-ness(sic) feelings about stupid people in this world. If I can stand on a stage at a local pub with a microphone facing me and share my PTSD trauma with others, and they are totally entertained…you can too. Find a venue to SHOUT out your angriness. Do not SHOOT me because you choose to be angry.

Will take you up on it Kellogg, always a good idea to see and listen to other's ideas! I for the most part, try to stay away from politics but things people say are really crazy and hard not to reply back. I surely am not a guy who takes all things at face value, I am more like a common sense dude. If it looks like shit and smells shit, it just might be shit, but you may be surprised. I have my ways of taking my anger out working out and the other is just picking up my bible. I just simple say, Lord look into my heart, you know what I have been through in my life!! Bring me peace and calm, my Lord Jesus you also got angry at the temple when you walked on this earth. Let me find that peace like you did my Lord. Just a simple prayer but not always the same one. The words will come to you when your heart is with our Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ.
