Don't read Bloomberg for the same reason I don't read WaPo, NYT, LAT, and that rag out of Seattle. They take limited info and sensationalize it to rule people up. I don't know where you live but in Nebraska it is a localized program with limited help from outside.

I don't read them either. Lol. Main stream media is about one thing. Numbers. So they have figured out if they can sensationalize news they get more people to pay attention.

From several sources. Less than four percent of the budget is from the federal government. The majority of their funding comes from grants and support of big corporations and localized contributions. The majority of the federal money goes to support the main office. All local organizations use volunteers for production and delivery. And based on your income there may be charges. I found out about them when my father and mother were in the program. I researched them and found all of this out. Had several friends that volunteered as delivery people. Of course my parents have been dead for a few years but my friends have told me nothing has changed.
