Not to worry, because facts aren't facts, and truth isn't truth. By that reasoning, I'm sure that documents aren't documents either......so the issue is moot.

"Kavanaugh's White House records"? What records? You go right ahead and bash President Trump. I know you're just itching to do it, but saner heads will remember that Kavanaugh worked in the White House during the Bush Administration and he was a conduit for those papers. He didn't write them. They don't reflect his opinions.

SSgt Gary Andrews - Your opinion. We have a name for politically blocking a nominee to SCOTUS. Do you know what it is? Borking. Do you know what it means? Who invented the tactic? If not, look it up.

CPT Jack Durish - Oh, Jack. It's okay, Shirley has me and SSgt Gary Andrews to respond to such nonsense. How about saying his name. Merrick Garland. A fully qualified judge, moderate, left of center judge whom like Kavanaugh would rule based on the interpretation of the law, Constitution, and precedent. Unlike the moral and ethical values of Gorsuch who for some reason believed a trucker should risk freezing to death in a disabled company truck prioritizing the company's goods over his own life; thus, the company had every right to terminate the service of the truck driver.
Speaking of undermining the Constitution, a Senate majority refusing to conduct hearings and expose the so many flaws of Garland is ironic. I mean the GOP had majority of the committee; they could easily had voted down Garland 5-4 on a party line vote so what was McConnell and GOP afraid of? Oh that's right...Garland was fully qualified. If anyone undermined their constitutional duties, it has been the GOP and their power hungry greed and corruption. Yeah, yeah, Dems are corrupt too. But the real hypocrites in this situation are the one's that hold majority in both houses of Congress.
Elections indeed have consequences and we've been feeling those consequences approaching on two years now. Government dysfunction by a GOP controlled government.

MAJ James Woods a qualified judge in the opinion of those who want to reinterpret the Constitution into oblivion, not mine. The real issue is that the Democrats failed to force the nomination through the Senate because elections matter. The voters took away their domination of Congress. The majority decided that we don't want America changed "fundamentally". Now it's the Democrats turn to suffer the consequences of their hubris and it hurts. They can dish it out but can't take it.

Not saying I agree or disagree but, every President has done similar things but because it is Trump, the end of the world... it gets old. American is much better off, unemployment is at record lows, ISIS is finally losing, we're getting better trade deals, taxes are lower... but let's look at this shiny thing over here... If he was the first to ever do something like this, perhaps, but he is the 45th...
