First I am pretty confident he didn't break the law and Second.... There isn't a Democrat on the face of the Earth smart enough to get Donald Trump in prison. I said it before and I will say it again. You don't get to his level of net worth, not once but three seperate times by being stupid or sloppy. The whole Cohen thing will be a dead end because Trump already told everyone that was not his main goto lawyer, he only used Cohen for minor side items. I believe that to be true because it is fairly standard among households over a million or two in net worth to have several CPA's, more than one Financial Analyst and multiple lawyers working for them. I can imagine someone over a Billion in net worth that would be times two or times three. Also past experience at General Motors, once you reach a specific asset size you don't fill out a form 1040A anymore.......you negotiate the amount of taxes you pay the Feds. You aren't going to find any single person and in many cases even a small team of people that can untangle the assets of a Corporation worth a few Billion. Hence there is an across the table negotiation and then final agreement on what the asset size is of the Corporation and what it pays in taxes for the larger companies. GM had a whole office of tax auditors working the entire year to figure out it's annual taxes. So very highly doubtful that Mueller's small team will find anything with the Trump Organization either.........he just does not have the resources for a very close examination. He can get a general feeling by looking at the books but not enough time and certainly not enough staff to do any deep dives financially into the Trump Organization.
