Veterans are unloading on Roy Moore's comments about military service

I have my feelings on trans-gender in the Military, but that is not for discussion here or anywhere since I do not make those decisions. I do have one question for all those jumping on the lets crucify Roy Moore band wagon though, and everyone who has been "accused" of sexual abuse. Have you ever read a Document called the Bill of Rights? I know they do not teach it any more in the Liberal infested NEA led schools any more but you might wish to take a few minutes and do so, especially the th Amendment. This Amendment is present in all trials or court cases in America. The 6th Amendment in the American Constitution guarantees an individual the right to a fair, speedy, and public trial. The 6th Amendment also enables an individual to have legal assistance, regardless of the charge, and the right to confront adverse witnesses and notice of accusations. These rights are given to all men or women under trial for any sort of wrongdoing. They establish the “innocent until proven guilty” mantra that is present in the United States legal system. WHOA, HOLD THE PHONE!!!!!! Did you see that??? INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. Not just accused, and after 40 years either, but PROVEN GUILTY. Which means there must be some evidence. Like the pictures of Al Franken copping a feel. There has been NO evidence brought forward yet to prove Moore did what he has been accused of. He may have but he is innocent until PROVEN GUILTY in a court of LAW, NOT public Opinion. THAT IS THE LAW, that we all have sworn to uphold. REMEMBER? We all raised our hands and said the oath. No one has excused us of that oath yet.
