I have always set the bar high. I also do not expect others to do things I haven't or am not willing to do. I find a lot of times people lowering their expectations so standards can be "met." This helps no one grow and stunts the organization as well. Morning Col.

You couldn't have said it any better Marty. I too set the standards high and never aksed my soldiers to anything that I wouldn't get down in the trenches and do myself. Honestly, raising my standards has never been an issue because they are so high already, This is a side affect of OCD....
