What about the gender workplace hours gap?
The agency publish a gender pay gap based on ABS data, but they don’t account for the fact, revealed in the same ABS data, that male full-time workers tend to work longer hours than female full-time workers.
This is not a case by case (business by business) conversation. They are looking at the whole population and coming to numbers and finding men make more annually (and ignoring that Men across a population work more Hours) and they are demanding that becomes equal annually.

Yes,,, But as one western country passes laws other western countries tend to embrace them as well... Much like when Sweden passed laws against Men sitting with their legs spread. The law moved NYC started to adopt it.
So possibly in the future we could see more of this here... We have some of it now...
