Capt Dwayne Conyers Of Course it took the Action of a Court to Restore the 1st Amendment Rights of this Journalist and of Course the White House is threatening to Remove Him again if He Doesn't "Play Nice" with the President. Pffttt

Rights? POTUS should cease allowing disruptive people to attend a press conference!!
“My” troop formations were to provide direction and guidance, not to me to listen to Soldiers gripe!

Sorry Chip, the guy's a dou-che (that's French for cleanser) , and he's letting his ego get in the way of actual reporting. You know it and so does everyone else. He doesn't ask questions, he demands answers to whatever he feels like talking about, and if you don't play his game he gets cranky. If he continues, he will get the boot again, plain and simple and he can stay OUT of the briefings until a Court says they have to put him back in, and then the game begins again. Personally, if I was the President, I could play this game till the cows come home.

I hope they got Acosta some extra absorbent diapers so he doesn't foul the air in the press rooms from both ends.
