Well, for one thing Brother Dale, I know of a couple of instances where a Santa was getting out of a chopper and started waving to the crowd, getting their hands cut off from the blades. That might have something to do with it. Don't know about the Easter Bunny or the witches. Might have been for the same reason for all I know.
