I can’t say the Czechs are pro Russian. The only people I’m aware of that are pro-Russian are Russians. Every group of non-Russian people that fell under the iron curtain seek their own self-interest and the Czechs simply don’t want to become too dependent on the Russians to supply them with arms... That might make them overly dependent on the Russians for their defense which is not in their national best interest.
We are fortunate to have the contract but we should not read too much into it.

Very interesting share but not surprising when one has the option of American over Russian equipment. Had the chance to tour exhibits of Soviet equipment when at Red Flag in 70s and 80s. Putting it politely their equipment is a piece of crap. Sure when the Soviets/Russians hold sway over your country you have little choice but to use their military equipment, but when given a choice quality wins every time.
