That's some good stuff right there (Not the bad 20 and 19 year olds HAHAHA!!)! Groom them young. They will be well rounded humans who know something about everything! Like mom and dad.

As a simplistic overview it seems reasonable SSG Pete Fleming
I prefer the Guns of August or Liddell Harts books on WWI for history.
My paternal grandfather fought at Gallipoli, Turkey in 1915 as British Army Lance Corporal and he and his younger brother fought with the British Army in the trench warfare of France and Belgium.

http://www.veterans.gc.ca/eng/remembrance/those-who-served/aboriginal-veterans/native-soldiers/norwest He and his spotter died a month before the end of the war most likely by a German counter-sniper team and he is still buried in France. He was not recognized for almost 80 years since he was native. Now he is revered and 2 Canadian Legion halls are named after him. There is still racism against Natives in Canada.
