I don’t know if it is going to 9-0 but very possibly a win for Trump.

I'm just curious as to what the actual vote will be and I believe it won't be a 9-0 vote. I believe it will be a 6-3 or 5- 4 vote. It will be ideological. Now if it's a 9-0, that's great but I don't trust some of our 'justices' to do the right thing here.

SGT (Join to see) You best be worried about this line of argument pushed by Trump lawyers. That argument being that Congress would have to pass a law to enforce a section of a Constitutional amendment . The argument Trump lawyers pushed would end our 2nd Amendment Rights as the Congress has not passed a law to enforce that Amendment to the Constitution.

It's downright scary for all sides. Our religious Rights and Gun Rights among others go out the window as there is NO law passed by Congress to enforce those Rights which Trump's lawyers said was needed to enforce section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Obama could run for a third term as there is no law passed by Congress that would prohibit it. Yes the 22nd Amendment prohibits a 3rd Term but the argument pushed by Trump's lawyers that a law Passed by Congress is needed to enforce an Amendment to the Constitution and to the Constitution itself.

That line of argument should have shocked the Justices but apparently it did not. I found it frightening as I know it will be used if trump prevails to nullify all of our Rights.
