Thank you my friend SGT (Join to see) for making aware that a drunken 22-year-old 2nd ACR trooper stationed at Vilseck, Bayern was acting aggressively toward staff a Nuremberg Bundesbahn station fast food restaurant. He was subdued by six Deutsche Polizei and hauled off a cowboy boot-wearing American soldier who called them Nazis, kicked them and later bit one of them in the leg, Deutsche Polizei said.
No doubt he will charged under the UCMJ for assaulting the Deutsche Polizei - Aggravated Assault With a Dangerous Means, Weapon or Force. UCMJ art. 128(b)(1).
