The physical body is affected by your emotions, your thoughts direct how you feel, and your energy level and vibratory frequency can sway your mind and your thoughts. Let’s now get more specific on the details on the actual daily practices you can follow to maintain a higher state of frequency and consciousness and to attain constant levels of peace, love and joy.
