"How Was Your Week?" - Come on by and Join Steven & Friends TONIGHT for a great discussion and it's all with Warriors for Life (WFL)!

Absolutely, Join our Volunteer, Air Force Veteran, Peer Support Specialist, and Writer/Author Steven Bates TONIGHT, filling is for Army Veteran Mikel Burroughs for the "Burly's Warriors" edition of Warriors for Life (WFL) Online, presented by Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV).

We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

TONIGHT's Topic: "How Was Your Week?"

It's going to be an awesome discussion about what's going on in your life right now and what this week was like? What was the good and what was not so good?

Whether your week was "good" or "bad" is entirely subjective, depending on your personal experiences, goals, and values. To determine your week's outcome, you can reflect on specific positive and negative events, such as achieving a goal, experiencing stress from deadlines, or managing a relationship issue. If you're struggling, remember that bad weeks are a normal part of the human experience, and you can always try to adjust your perspective or take small actions to improve your well-being!

It's true — everyone has bad weeks, and it's perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or disappointed when things don't go as planned. Learning to be kind to yourself is an important part of coping and moving forward.

Things to Tell Yourself on a Bad Day

It's Okay!

Craziness...I went to Cleveland to work with a group as requested; while I was there, a call came in asking why I wasn't in Columbus? Apparently the scheduler double booked me and I had no idea (not that I could have done both in one day).
