Trump says he will seek to ban institutional investors from buying single-family homes

I'm all for this one. TN has been one of the goto red states over the past couple of years that the blue state runners have come to. My house has been valued at less than 100K for many years. I ne the past 4 years there have been homes, similar to mine, in my neighborhood, selling for quarter Mil. I get offers and unsolicited cheques all the time. There's going to be a reset soon and the people that have moved in around me are going to be underwater on their mortgages. Now is not the time to buy a house.
