You're up early Colonel- same problem as me LOL Not sure how long I can 'keep going' but at 0344 my dishes are put away , laundry folded & put away, a large salad is made and entire house is vacuumed HAH! take that insomnia! :-)

Good morning Col Burroughs and the rest of the Posse. Yesterday was a VERY long day. We spent 10 hours on line and then more time with calls and emails. However, at the end of it, we came out with four new very good facilitators. Well worth it!
Keep going....could be the military motto. We know it to be true. We have to keep moving and not give up; others are depending on us for their survival. I remember going through training and our flight commander told us: you make it or you fail as a flight. When anyone wanted to quit, they didn't because that would mean they had failed their brothers and sisters. I find a similar view in the Red Cross; we find a way, we keep going because others depend on us.
