She says, "This is a problem that is not going to be solved by putting guards on the border or barbed wire. It is going to be solved when the circumstances that force people to leave improve in their countries of origin..
She's right of course, but how? There is no world police (despite U.S. foolish attempts), and will never be unity enough to facilitate that kind of change. Well there is one example that was in 1776.
