Let’s see, kick out a hundred, for not taking the mandated shot. Then give award to one who has been long unrecognized. Seems to me, the balance of preserving his (the chief) job, is way off!

Can't say I'm disappointed I didn't get a Purple Heart either, glad I didn't qualify !
